While we can address delays on our side, we cannot control delays on the Government's side or issues related to incomplete or incorrect documentation submitted by you. 30-Day Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 30 days of your payment. However, please note that SecureRegent Private Limited considers its service obligation fulfilled once access to our platform is granted or draft filings are prepared. The client assumes full responsibility for any further action and the final outcome of the service.
Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation charge.
Change of Service
If you wish to change the service you ordered for another one, you can request this change within 7 days of your payment.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@startupsfiling.in with your transaction details to start the refund process. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 weeks after all required information is received.
Penalties or Tax Payments
Once access to the platform is provided or filings are prepared, StartupsFiling considers its service obligation fulfilled. The client is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data submitted. StartupsFiling will not be responsible for paying any penalties, taxes, or other costs incurred by the client during or after the service. We are not liable for the outcome or any additional costs related to the completion of services.
Factors Outside Our Control
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results for services due to factors beyond our control. For example, government agencies may reject applications (such as trademark filings or company registrations) for legal reasons unrelated to StartupsFiling's service. Additionally, delays may occur due to government backlogs or issues with official platforms (such as MCA, Income Tax, or FSSAI websites), and these delays are beyond our control. Any delays or issues from the government or external entities cannot be used as a basis for requesting a refund.
Force Majeure
StartupsFiling shall not be held responsible for delays or interruptions in service due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labor strikes, and other force majeure events. In such cases, StartupsFiling is not liable for any delay or inability to fulfill its obligations.
